Training Schedule – effective January 2014.

  • New/Refresher training for ServicePoint programs on the OLD Workflow
    • Every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 2 p.m
    • This training includes going through the modules of ServicePoint (Home, ClientPoint, ResourcePoint, ScanPoint, Reports), the workflow for entering clients and their data. This is only for programs on the old workflow.
  • New/Refresher training for ServicePoint programs on the NEW Workflow
    • Every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 10 a.m. 
    • This training includes going through the modules of ServicePoint (Home, ClientPoint, ResourcePoint, ScanPoint, Reports), the workflow for entering clients and their data. This is only for programs on the new workflow.
  • Report Training – By Appointment only
    • This training will include: What reports you should run for your program and how to run and understand the ART APR and Data Quality Reports.
