Training Schedule

RTFH training schedule – effective August 2012.

Every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 2 p.m. - New/Refresher training for ServicePoint

- This training includes going through the modules of ServicePoint (Home, ClientPoint, ResourcePoint, ScanPoint, Reports), the workflow for entering clients and their data, and features like Counts Reports and Follow-up Schedule.

Every 3rd Wednesday of month at 10 a.m. - Agency Admin Training

- This training is for users with Agency Admin access. This will go over how to keep your programs up to date, adding users, and password resets.

Every 3rd Thursday of the month at 10 a.m. New/Refresher training for ServicePoint.

- This training includes going through the modules of ServicePoint (Home, ClientPoint, ResourcePoint, ScanPoint, Reports), the workflow for entering clients and their data, and features like Counts Reports and Follow-up Schedule.

Every 4th Tuesday of the month at 2 p.m. - Report Training

- This training will include: What reports you should run for your program, how to run reports, how to understand reports, Canned Reports, and Report Writer. We will be covering the Advanced Reporting Tool (ART), but you do not have an ART license because we will be going over how to understand those reports.
