DESCRIPTION:The Regional Taskforce on Homelessness\, with the City and County of San Diego\, will be hosting a community session on Homeless Housing\, Assistance and Prevention Round 5 (HHAP-5) grant application. The State of California HHAP grant was created for the purpose of organizing and deploying the full array of homelessness programs and resources and to sustain existing federal\, state\, and local investments towards long-term sustainability of housing and supportive services.
