HMIS Training and Support
The Regional Task Force’s HMIS Support Team provide HMIS participating agencies and users with training and support. If you are a current HMIS user and you need technical support, your first point-of-contact is your agency’s HMIS administrator. If they have been unable to assist or you are unsure who your agency’s administrator is, please email the HMIS Support Team.
All new HMIS users must complete New User Training before they can be licensed and log into the HMIS.
Training Updates – Transition to Clarity
Due to the upcoming HMIS transition from ServicePoint to Clarity, no new training requests are being accepted at this time for ServicePoint.
Clarity user training sessions will all be in-person and the first round of sessions have been scheduled for December 11th, 12th and 13th (with training for HMIS agency administrators on December 10th). Please see the training session schedule for full details and registration information.
If you are an existing or new HMIS user and you could not attend the 12/10 – 12/13 Manager and User Training sessions, please add your name to the Clarity Training Wait List. Additional training sessions will be scheduled for users who were not able to make it to the first round of training. As soon as additional training sessions are scheduled, the community will be updated.
Clarity New User Training
After migration to Clarity and initial training sessions in December and early 2019 have been concluded, information on regular training for new users and CES training will be updated and provided to the community.
