Super Notice of Funding Opportunity

RTFH is releasing the Super Notice of Funding Opportunity (“Super NOFO”) that includes multiple sources of funding that streamlines guidelines, applications, and multiple sources of funding into a single application.

HUD CoC NOFO Program

The Continuum of Care (CoC) Program promotes ending homelessness through funding to to rehouse and optimize self-sufficiency among those experiencing homelessness.

Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) supports the development and implementation of a community approach to preventing and ending youth homelessness.

Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Grant Program (HHAP)

HHAP Round 1 provides local jurisdictions funds to be able to support regional coordination and expand or develop local capacity to address their immediate homelessness challenges.

HHAP Round 2 supports jurisdictions to continue to build upon regional collaboration to be able to develop a unified regional response.

Initiatives (EHV, FHP)

SD County Public Housing Authorities were awarded Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV).

The Flexible Housing Pool (FHP) leverages subsidies to secure units and provide supports to house veterans, chronically homeless, youth, and families.
