Reports and Data Requests
You can submit a Reports and Data Request Form to support@rtfhsd.org. Please provide at least 14 business days advanced notice for all requests. The RTFH will respond to all requests, including estimated time and cost, within three business days from receipt of the request.
CES / HMIS Technical Assistance
If you are looking for technical support or training information for CES or HMIS, please direct your inquiry to support@rtfhsd.org
Technical support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. RTFH offices are closed every other Friday and on holidays. (Please see the events calendar for all office closures)

Letters of Support
Any organization requesting a letter of support from San Diego’s Continuum of Care to support a proposal in response to a funding opportunity shall submit the following information no later than two weeks prior to the date they are requesting the signed letter of support:
- Brief summary of funding opportunity
- Project Abstract
- Draft Proposed Budget
- Responses to Questionnaire
- Draft Letter of Support
If complete information is submitted timely and responses are satisfactory, the Evaluation Committee will return a signed letter of support by the date requested via e-mail to the requesting organization.
