Youth CES Training- North County

RTFH has added additional questions to the TAY and Family Triage Tools. These questions speak to local community prioritizations that were outlined in the CCP. This training will provide guidance as to what these prioritizations are, and how to help us update youth’s triage tools by working with them to gather a few more data points.
