As many of you are aware, the Clarity user training sessions filled up quickly. We have cleared out all users who had registered for training sessions that only had access to CES data entry and have emailed those users to inform them. This has opened up about 35 slots in the training sessions, which we encourage users who have not had a chance to register yet to review and register for. Please note – if you only enter data for CES purposes, you SHOULD NOT register for the training sessions scheduled in December – we will be offering training sessions in January which you can register for and which will ensure you can get HMIS access prior to when CES starts being used in Clarity in mid-February.

If you already registered for a Clarity user training session and you are a user who only enters data for CES (or you are an agency administrator who knows you have users that fit that description) but you have not yet received an email cancelling your registration, please contact us at support@rtfhsd.org.

 

Agency administrators and other users who have signed up for the Clarity Manager training sessions – you should plan to attend your Manager Training session regardless of whether or not you only enter data for CES purposes. We are not planning to schedule another Manager training session in January because there are a small number of Managers who only enter data for CES purposes, so all those who will need HMIS access should attend one of the December 10th dates.
