Due to the recent COVID-19 crisis, RTFH cancelled all in-person CES New User trainings and postponed the availability of future trainings. We understand there is a need for new staff to be trained in order to best serve our homeless community through this crisis and beyond. For this reason, the CES team has prepared a recorded webinar that is available now. In order to gain access to CES 2.0 in Clarity, providers will need to be an active user in HMIS, view the Webinar, and complete the CES New User online quiz with a score of 90% or better.
