The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the Collaborative Applicant for the Continuum of Care (CoC) to provide a series of public notices during the annual CoC NOFO Competition.

The Regional Task Force on Homelessness (RTFH) and the Continuum of Care (CoC) Board established a Rating and Ranking Group to review, score, and rank project applications requesting funds under this competition. This notice provides the preliminary rating and ranking results based on review of those applications.
