RTFH is offering a makeup training session today at their offices in the United Way Building (4699 Murphy Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92123) from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. This training session will train HMIS users on how to use the new HMIS software, Clarity, and attending this session will ensure that you can access a Clarity license in time for the date that the new system will go live on January 4th. Both HMIS Agency Administrators (and/or those who will utilize Manager licenses in Clarity) and standard users can attend this training and have it count toward the session required in order to access a license.

If you are able to attend this makeup session, please email Caty Schmitter at caty.schmitter@rtfhsd.org as soon as possible to confirm. Additionally, due to a limited number of computers available at the RTFH offices we are asking all attendees to bring any laptop you have with you. Please note in your response whether or not you can bring a laptop with you.

If you are not able to make it today and have not yet signed up for the Clarity Training Wait List, please sign up for the Wait List to help inform the scheduling of future training sessions. If you have already signed up for the training wait list you do not need to do so again.

We will be sure to update the community when future sessions are scheduled. We will be scheduling sessions during the week of January 7th (the week after Clarity goes live) and will be offering weekly sessions after that. Today’s session will, however, be the last chance to attend a training session and secure a license before Clarity goes live on January 4th.
