Zach Schlagel

As the Senior Director of Public Policy for PATH, Zach Schlagel is responsible for leading advocacy efforts for the largest homeless service provider in California. He previously ran Government Affairs for 12 years at UC San Diego Health, and served as an advisor to a local Member of Congress on health care, housing and environmental issues. He is committed to public service, having served on the Boards of several nonprofits, including San Diego Pride, the San Diego Housing Federation, the Mexican-American Business and Professionals Association, the American Lung Association and several more.
