Under the current Governance Charter, the CoC Board includes seventeen (17) flexible community stakeholder seats. Due to anticipated changes in federal HUD Continuum of Care governance requirements, the CoC expects to consider amendments to the Governance Charter to reclassify at least two (2) flexible seats into designated seats, with the potential for additional reclassifications pending CoC Board and Full Membership approval.
All Board recruitment and selection for this cycle will occur under the current Charter structure. Any reclassification of seats will occur prospectively, following formal Charter approval and ratification, and will not require reseating or reappointment of affected Board members.
For questions or assistance, please contact: cocsandiego@rtfhsd.org. Applications and related inquiries must be submitted before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2026.
