3/26/19 Webinar – Recording and Slides Now Available
Earlier this week we held a webinar entitled “Clarity Training Session – Tools for Managers/Administrators”. This webinar offered some information specifically for leadership at HMIS participating agencies who play one of the four main HMIS roles – HMIS agency administrator, backup agency administrator, security officer or billing contact. Others may also benefit from the content covered, however, which included:
- A review of the four key HMIS roles and how agencies can update them.
- Accessing the Clarity Reports Library, running the APR and highlights of other reports that providers may find useful.
- How to access and pull basic data elements into the data analysis tool, Looker.
- Updates on major federal reports underway, including the Housing Inventory Count (HIC) and the Longitudinal Systems Analysis (LSA).

Data Entry Cheat Sheet for Outreach Workers and Programs
We are pleased to share a new data entry cheat sheet for outreach workers. If you enter data into HMIS on clients you serve through an outreach program, please review this document as it provides both a high-level outline of the data entry process as well as step-by-step instructions with screenshots of how to complete the process in Clarity.

RTFH Office Closed April 1st
The RTFH office will be closed for our scheduled Friday off this Friday, March 29th as well as on Monday, April 1st in recognition of Cesar Chavez Day (see the RTFH Events Calendar for a full list of office closures). Due to the holiday, responses to support tickets may be delayed next week but we look forward to getting back to your questions as soon as possible once the office re-opens next Tuesday.
