Online HMIS New User Training

HMIS New User Training Overview: Trainees will receive a training email from the HMIS team on training day and/or as early as the day before training as long as the trainee has been registered and approved by their Agency Administrator. The training email will include a link to watch the New User Webinar which will include instructions on how to complete a guided data entry practice. The trainees’ data entry practice will then be reviewed by the HMIS team for completeness and understanding of the standard HMIS workflow.

Please register staff members at least 48 hours in advance to the training session. We will email the training information to trainees the day before the registered training date and before close of business. Trainees are to complete all requirements before the two week deadline. All training is completed online and is self-paced. Failure to complete training requirements within the two week time-frame will result in re-registering for a future training session.
