ServicePoint Data Entry To Stop at December 22nd at 11:59 PM
All data entry into ServicePoint will stop on December 22nd at 11:59 PM. Please update any data on your clients before this point to make sure it is migrated over to Clarity. Also, please see this email from the CES team for information on how to update your clients’ data to ensure they are included on the By-Name List that will used for matching clients for CES purposes in between the stop date for ServicePoint use and the 2/12/19 date that CES will be implemented in Clarity.
ServicePoint Access Will End on January 1st, 2019
All ServicePoint users will lose access starting January 1st, 2019 unless you have informed RTFH that you will still need access. If you still need access past January 1st, 2019 please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know (if you have already done so, you do not need to again). Please note that you will be invoiced for additional use of ServicePoint licenses.
New User Training Scheduled for January 7th, 8th and 9th
Three additional Clarity New User Training Sessions have been scheduled for the week of January 7th. These sessions will train HMIS users on how to use the new HMIS software, Clarity and attending this session will count towards the session required in order to access a Clarity license. Both HMIS Agency Administrators (and/or those who will utilize Manager licenses in Clarity) and standard users can attend this training and have it count toward the session required in order to access a license.
The sessions are scheduled for the following dates/times and all three will be held at the United Way Building (4699 Murphy Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92123). Registration is required; please use the following links to register for a particular session:
- Monday, January 7th from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Tuesday, January 8th from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday, January 9th from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Additional sessions will be scheduled in the following weeks and information on those will be shared as soon as they are finalized. If you still need to attend Clarity training and have not yet signed up for the Clarity Training Wait List, please do so.
We also encourage all HMIS users to attend the January 3rd Get Ready for Clarity Go-Live Webinar which will be from 1-3 PM (register for the webinar here). Content will include refreshers on the basic workflow as well as additional topics not covered in New User Training. The recording will also be available for those who cannot attend the webinar.
