In order to better meet the community’s needs, San Diego recently transitioned from its previous HMIS software, ServicePoint, to a new software, Clarity. The Regional Task Force’s HMIS Team has been working with the vendor that developed and distributes Clarity, BitFocus, on the process of migrating San Diego’s HMIS data and system framework to a new Clarity installation, and Clarity officially went live in January 2019.
As the community continues to navigate the many changes that accompany a major system transition like this one, it is important to RTFH that the community is informed and weighs in on decisions that need to be made along the way. This webpage will serve as a central place the community can visit for information and updates on the transition.
