CoC Compliance & Federal Guidance provides Continuum of Care partners with federal guidance, monitoring resources, compliance information, and best practices to support responsible administration of HUD and other public funding. As the CoC Lead Agency, RTFH is committed to promoting transparency, accountability, and strong stewardship of public resources by sharing official guidance, tools, and educational materials that help organizations maintain compliance and strengthen program performance. The CoC program is regulated under 24 CFR Part 578.

Community Planning & Development (CPD) Monitoring Resources

The following Exhibits as part of the CPD handbook are used by HUD to assess grantee compliance with program regulations, applicable federal statutes, grant requirements, and terms and conditions of the grant awards under the CoC program.
