CoC Governance Charter Annual Review: Draft for Public Comment

The Continuum of Care’s Governance Charter is updated on an annual basis, as required by HUD.  The link to the proposed 2024 Governance Charter is below, as well as a summary matrix of the proposed changes. Public comments will be open until close of business on 3/19/24. Input on the Charter should be sent to CoCSanDiego@rtfhsd.org. In addition to the opportunity to submit comments on-line, there will be two community meetings to solicit input:

Please note – input is being solicited for the Charter itself. The Continuum of Care’s Board approves the Board Policies contained in Appendix G, and they are not open to the public input process.
