This “Coordinated Entry System (CES) Workflow in Clarity” in-person training session is hosted by the RTFH CES team. It is strongly suggested that attendees bring a laptop to follow along, but is not required.
CES access is required for staff who enter client information, as well as those accepting referrals. This includes outreach workers, housing navigators, case managers, and housing providers who complete work in the CES process.
To obtain access to CES in Clarity, users must attend one in-person “CES Workflow in Clarity” training and one “HMIS New User Training”.
Please use the RTFH Events Calendar to register for one of the following “CES Workflow in Clarity” that is held following the “Clarity/HMIS New User Training.”
*We also highly recommend watching the CES Webinar (hosted live 1/29/2019). https://register.gotowebinar.
Register here to reserve a space in this session.
More information about CES can be found on our website: https://www.rtfhsd.org/coordinated-entry-system/

There is designated parking for United Way visitors in the front of the building, and around the left side and rear of the building (other than reserved spaces), as well as street/curbside parking. Please do not park in the neighboring All State building’s parking lot (address 4669 Murphy Canyon Rd). Carpooling is highly encouraged.
For users who are attending the HMIS training that occurs before this training, there will be a 45 minute break between the training sessions. There are several options to purchase food near the United Way building, and some commissary food and drink options are available to purchase from United Way reception. You are also welcome to bring anything you would like to eat.
