HMIS New User Training Overview: Trainees will receive a training email from the HMIS team on training day and/or as early as the day before training as long as the trainee has been registered and approved by their Agency Administrator. The training email will include a link to watch the New User Webinar which will include instructions on how to complete a guided data entry practice. The trainees’ data entry practice will then be reviewed by the HMIS team for completeness and understanding of the standard HMIS workflow.

Please register potential HMIS New Users up to 48 hours in ADVANCE of this HMIS training session in order for the HMIS team to have time to process your request (obtain admin approval and confirm access needs)
