RFP Vendor Submissions
Deadline Extension for Physical Copies
Due to concerns expressed about vendors’ ability to deliver their proposals to RTFHSD by June 8 at 2pm, we are offering the following solution:
1. Vendors must submit a complete copy of their proposal to RTFHSD by June 8, 2018 at 2:00PM (Pacific Daylight Time). They may do so physically or electronically.
2. If a vendor chooses to submit an electronic copy by this deadline, they must also submit the physical proposal as specified in the original RFP. All physical proposal packets must be received by mail or messenger/delivery no later than June 11, 2018 at 12:00PM (Pacific Daylight Time).
3. All physical proposal packets must meet the specifications laid out in the RFP document. There are no additional changes regarding their submission.
4. Electronic copies may be submitted to admin@rtfhsd.org.
