NOFO 2021 Request for Proposals, Rating and Ranking Tool

This post includes the formal FY 21 CoC Competition Request for Proposals; an excel file containing Rating and Ranking protocols and separate spreadsheets with the rating factors and values for each project type.  When complete, the results of the Rating and Ranking process will be summarized in Project Scorecards and a Rank-Order project listing.
