In order to better meet the community’s needs, San Diego is currently transitioning from its current HMIS software, ServicePoint, to a new software, Clarity. The Regional Task Force’s HMIS Team is working with the vendor that developed and distributes Clarity, BitFocus, on the process of migrating San Diego’s HMIS data and system framework to a new Clarity installation, with the goal of going live by the end of the year.
While we are still early in the process of system setup, as important steps in the migration process take place and we get closer to going live with a new HMIS software, it’s important to RTFH that the community is informed and weighs in on decisions that will need to be made along the way. Towards this end, we are adding a webpage dedicated to information about the HMIS transition in order to provide a central place the community can visit for updates: https://www.rtfhsd.org/hmis/hmis-transition/
We will be posting new information as it is available at this page. If you want to make sure you never miss an update, sign up with your name and email address below and every time we publish a new post you will receive an email notifying you.
Please email support@rtfhsd.org with any questions about this information or the HMIS transition process generally. Thank you for your partnership in this process!
Please note that if you do sign up for email updates, you should receive an email confirming your subscription. If you do not see one, please follow the instructions here to ensure you will receive future emails.
