Diversion Training – 3/4

Diversion work is rooted in the non-judgmental, client-centered approach taught in this class. Mediators work to empower parties to be heard, listen, problem-solve and create their own solutions – similarly, diversion advocates listen to persons facing homelessness and assist the clients in choosing their own path out of homelessness.

Clarity New User Training – 3/7

This training session will cover the basics of using the new HMIS software, Clarity. All users are required to attend a new user training session in order to be granted a Clarity user license and completing this portion of training will qualify you for access to a user license. This training does not include content on the CES process, nor does completing it qualify you for access to CES in Clarity.
